Thanks for checking out the Marc Olson Real Estate Team! I was born and raised in Central Iowa where my wife, Amber, and I now raise our 3 children. We stay busy traveling all over the surrounding communities. Our kids are very active in sports along with our son’s love of 4H and showing his heifers. We also love spending time outside exploring, biking, and boating.

Prior to beginning my real estate career, I spent 9 years in the heating, cooling, and plumbing industry. I have extensive experience and knowledge in the construction field. I am able to provide my clients with additional perspectives about all areas of home construction.

When you work with us, you will be given many services at NO COST to you! You will receive a Buying & Selling Guide along with a market analysis of your home. Then when you decide to list your house, we’ll also provide you with a 1-hour home staging consultation if needed, professional photographs of the exterior and interior of your house, along with aerial drone photography and you will have access to our Moving Trailer for when the BIG DAY arrives! In 2018, a group of Nevadians and I, helped bring back the Nevada Community Rodeo! We had an overwhelming amount of support. We ended up winning the “Best New Rodeo” award from the Iowa Rodeo Cowboy’s Association which has been an award that we have continued to win each year!
